General Return Policies:
Merchandise may be returned for exchange, or refund within 30 days from date of delivery for online orders or 30 days of purchase with in-store receipt. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in like-new, saleable condition. Online order shipping charges are non-refundable except in a case where the error is on our part. Returns on orders placed online must be returned online. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
Clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
No Refund or exchanges on Seasonal merchandise after the season. Season ends the day of Holiday. Christmas season ends Dec 24th.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Face Masks, Hand Sanitizer and Perishable Foods
All returns are processed according to original payment method. Allow Ten business days for credit to appear on your credit card or bank statement. If you have not received your refund after ten business days please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate any problem.
Crown Rewards Policy:
Crown Rewards points will be deducted at the time of all returns and exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Contact us at [email protected] or call our Londonderry, NH location at 603-965-0020. Let us know your order number and the item you are looking to exchange. We will determine if we have the new size/item available to ship out a replacement and respond to you ASAP. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Returns (if applicable)
If the item you received is damaged, contact us at [email protected] or call our Londonderry, NH location at 603-965-0020. Let us know your order number and the item you are looking to return. We will then send you a return label. Fill out the return form included with your packing slip and ship the item back to us with in 30 days from date product is received. Once received we will process your refund or send a replacement based on your response.
If you just simply changed your mind, and would like to return your item, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed with in 24 hours of receipt of returned product.
